Islamabad Cooperative Housing Society

ICHS is an affordable corporative housing society located near the International Airport Islamabad.

ICHS acquires a total land of almost 30 thousand Kanal and almost 19 thousand of the land is already legally approved by RDA. It is the only society having 21 NOCs cleared.

Development in ICHS:

 

ICHS is based on 2 phases.

 

Phase 1 is under development with the 50% completion of work as sewerage lines, roads and electricity connections have been installed, but still, the work is comparatively slow than in phase 2.

 

Phase 2 basically consisted of a to g executive blocks and p and q blocks having plots of different sizes.

 

The phase is presently under development but after the launching of the new International Airport the society’s development work got speed up.

 

CPEC route falling close to this society has caused the society to gain hype as the society is beneficial in terms of investment too.

 

The development phase of ICHS is expected to reach its end in the coming 2 to 3 years and then possessions will be accommodated to the owners.
